If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 28 days of the purchase date in accordance with the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance may only be returned or exchanged if defective.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us by email hello@personalisemeprint.co.uk or call 01492 702744 with your order number and details of the items you wish to return, alternatively we are open 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday and you can visit in person.
- If returning by post please pack the items securely in their original packaging and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund.
- You may be required to pay any difference in price between the exchanged item and the new item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange for the return of the defective or incorrect item at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund.
