These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from PersonaliseMe Print Ltd through our website, in store, by telephone, email or other agreed means.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you are offering to purchase the goods subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:
an item being unavailable or affected by a stock discrepancy;
an incorrect price or product information having been displayed;
an order containing quantities that we are unable reasonably to supply;
suspected fraudulent or unauthorised use of payment details;
an order appearing to be for unauthorised trade or resale purposes;
limited stock needing to be allocated fairly during periods of exceptional demand or supplier shortages; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).
3. School Uniform and Stock Availability
School uniform stock is primarily held for supply directly to pupils, parents, guardians and families.
During peak school-uniform periods, or where an item is subject to limited availability or supplier shortages, we may limit the quantity of a particular product, size or style that can be purchased by one customer or across associated orders.
Where we reasonably believe that an order is being placed for trade, commercial resale or for the purpose of replenishing another retailer’s stock, we reserve the right to decline or cancel all or part of the order.
Customers wishing to purchase school uniform for trade, resale, school-wide distribution or other commercial purposes should contact us before placing an order. Any such supply is at our discretion and may be subject to separate trade terms and pricing.
These provisions are intended to help us maintain availability for individual pupils and families, particularly during periods when replacement stock cannot readily be obtained.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website stock information accurate; however, stock levels can change quickly and occasional discrepancies may occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you where appropriate and may offer an alternative product, a later delivery/collection date or a refund for the unavailable item.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before the order is completed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout or otherwise agreed with us.
If a clear pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply an item at the incorrect price where the error should reasonably have been apparent. If payment has already been taken, we will contact you and provide the option to pay the correct price or receive a refund.
6. Personalised, Printed and Embroidered Products
Products which have been personalised, embroidered, printed, altered or otherwise produced to your specification are made specifically for you.
Please carefully check all names, spelling, wording, sizes, colours, logos, artwork and other details supplied to us.
Where we provide a proof or mock-up for approval, it is the customer’s responsibility to check it carefully before approving production.
Once a personalised order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, supplied incorrect information or no longer require the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described or has not been produced in accordance with the agreed specification.
7. Garment Sizes
Garment sizing can vary between manufacturers, brands and styles.
Where available, size guides are provided to assist customers in choosing the appropriate size. Customers are responsible for selecting the required garment size.
For personalised garments, we strongly recommend checking the relevant size guide or trying on a sample where this service is available before confirming your order.
We cannot normally exchange or refund a correctly supplied personalised garment because the customer has selected an unsuitable size.
This does not affect your rights if the garment supplied is not the size ordered or is otherwise faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8. Artwork, Logos and Customer-Supplied Designs
Where you provide us with a logo, image, wording, design or other artwork for reproduction, you confirm that you have permission to use it and to authorise us to reproduce it for your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that material supplied to us does not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights.
We may refuse to reproduce artwork or wording that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
Unless otherwise agreed, any artwork, digitising, layouts, proofs or production files created by PersonaliseMe Print Ltd remain our property. Payment for a finished product does not automatically transfer ownership of our production or working files.
9. Embroidery and Print Variations
Embroidery and garment printing are production processes and minor variations can occur between individual items and between different production runs.
Colours displayed on screens may also vary from the colour of the finished garment, thread or print.
Small differences in positioning, dimensions, colour appearance or finish which are normal and reasonable for the relevant production method will not normally be considered defects.
Where a repeat order is placed, we will make reasonable efforts to reproduce previous work, but exact colour, garment or production consistency cannot always be guaranteed, particularly where manufacturers or suppliers have changed products or materials.
10. Customer Approval
Where a proof, mock-up or artwork approval is requested, production may not begin until approval has been received.
Approval confirms that you are satisfied with the layout, wording, spelling, colours, placement and other details shown on the proof, subject to reasonable production tolerances.
We are not responsible for errors contained in artwork or information supplied or expressly approved by the customer unless the finished product differs from the approved specification.
11. Cancellation Rights for Non-Personalised Online Orders
Consumers purchasing standard, non-personalised goods online generally have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy may provide a longer voluntary return period for eligible items.
To exercise your cancellation right, please contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel the order.
Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning them to us.
Goods should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. We may make a deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.
12. Personalised Goods and Cancellation Rights
The statutory cooling-off right applicable to many online purchases does not generally apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or goods that are clearly personalised.
This includes, for example:
embroidered garments;
printed workwear;
clothing personalised with names, initials or numbers;
garments carrying a customer’s logo or bespoke design;
custom printed products; and
other goods produced specifically to the customer’s requirements.
Once production has begun, these orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
13. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
We take care to ensure that orders are produced and supplied correctly.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may arrange a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
14. Delivery
Delivery times provided by us are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific guaranteed deadline.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timescale.
For consumer orders, goods will normally be delivered within 30 days unless a different timescale has been agreed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any statutory rights you may have where goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required period.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
15. Collection Orders
Where an order is placed for collection, we will notify you when it is ready.
Please do not attend to collect an order until you have received confirmation that it is ready unless otherwise agreed.
Orders should be collected within a reasonable period following notification.
16. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are also governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Standard non-personalised products may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with that policy and your statutory rights.
Personalised, embroidered, printed, altered or custom-made products cannot normally be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
17. Schools, Clubs, Businesses and Organisations
Orders placed by schools, clubs, businesses and other organisations may be subject to separately agreed quotations, payment terms or trade arrangements.
Where separate written terms have been agreed for a particular order, those terms will apply alongside these Terms & Conditions and will take precedence where they expressly conflict.
18. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Prices may need to be revised after this period due to changes in garment, material, supplier, postage or other production costs.
A quotation does not reserve stock unless this has been expressly agreed.
19. Production Times and Deadlines
Any production or completion date provided is an estimate unless we expressly confirm in writing that a deadline is guaranteed.
If you require products for a particular event, start date or deadline, please tell us before placing or approving the order.
We will always make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales but cannot guarantee deadlines affected by supplier shortages, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control unless expressly agreed otherwise.
20. Care of Printed and Embroidered Garments
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the garment and any additional instructions provided by us.
Damage caused by inappropriate washing, tumble drying, ironing, bleaching, chemicals or failure to follow reasonable garment-care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
21. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate.
Product images are illustrative and colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.
Manufacturers may occasionally make minor changes to garments, colours, materials or specifications.
We will not knowingly substitute a materially different item without informing you where this would materially affect your order.
22. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to withdraw a promotion where there is a legitimate reason to do so, but this will not affect orders already validly accepted under the promotion.
23. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
For business customers, additional limitations may apply where separately agreed in writing.
24. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, supplier failure, equipment failure, power or internet outages, industrial action or other exceptional events.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
25. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
26. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to an order will normally be those in force when the order was placed. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract.
28. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory legal rights relating to where you live and nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court where applicable law permits you to do so.
